Potomac Club

Potomac Club is one of the newer planned communities developing along the Route 1 corridor in Prince William County.   The neighborhood features 2 level stacked condominiums and 3 level townhouses.  All of the homes are condo ownership with monthly fees depending on the size of the unit.

The crown jewel of the neighborhood is the incredible $12 million dollar club house which sits at the entrance to the Potomac Club neighborhood.  The clubhouse features both indoor and outdoor pools, a rock climbing wall, billiards room and casual lounge. Within walking distance of the community is the Stonebridge Town Plaza which includes a Wegmans grocery store, Zoe's kitchen, Uncle Julio's and additional shops planned add to the appeal of the Potomac Club neighborhood.  Also nearby are Potomac Mills Mall, Ikea and Costco.  The expansion of the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center provides close by medical and emergency care.

Multiple commuting options are available within a short distance from the community.  Quantico is within 20 minutes to the south (reverse commute), Fort Belvoir is within 20 miles, commuter bus service to the Pentagon or the Springfield Metro is available nearby and the VRE is within a few miles.
