Belmont Bay is a beautiful planned community at the junction of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers, just 20 miles south of Washington, DC on Interstate 95.  The community features the Ospreys Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a deep water marina within minutes of the open Potomac River.  The Woodbridge VRE station is located at the entrance to the community and is an easy walk for homeowners to catch a to the city.

Named by Washingtonian Magazine in 2004 & 2006 as one of the great communities to live in the DC area the neighborhood attracts residents of all ages.  The selection of homes include large single family homes, a variety of 2 and 3 level townhomes, golf villas, low rise condos and the only luxury highrise condo in Prince William County.

Idyllic and serene, the community is miles removed from the hectic pace of DC.  Stress simply dissolves with a walk along the waterfront and wildlife flourishes in the neighboring 400 acre wildlife refuge.  The Coffee Club Café located in the VRE station is a great place for commuters to start their day and the Osprey’s Landing Restaurant is nice way to unwind at the end of the day.  It is not uncommon for folks to leave their cars parked at home for a day with all there is to do within the community.
